PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate switching loss and noise of a switching element and further make it easy to increase power. SOLUTION: The device is provided with first and second switching elements 31, 32, an induction heating coil 36, and a resonant capacitor 37 connected to a high-frequency inverter 33, a third diode 39 and a snubber capacitor 40 connected in parallel with the switching elements 31, 32, a coil 42 and a third switching element 43 connected in parallel with the snubber capacitor and a fourth diode 44 connecting a contact point of the coil 42 and the switching element and a high-voltage side of an inverter power source. Alleviation of the switching loss and noise as well as increasing of power is easily made by conducting electricity to the switching element 43 during a conduction period of the switching element 31 or 32 and discharging electric charge of the snubber capacitor 40.
