PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of the whole communication system by effectively using system resources for resending control over data. SOLUTION: A mobile station device 100 receives data that a base station device 150 sends and judges whether the received data include an error. When it is decided that the received data are erroneous, the mobile station device 100 sends bit specification information to the base station device 150 together with a NACK signal. The base station device 150 selects bits constituting a packet to be resent according to the bit specification information and resends it to the mobile station device 100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
