<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call system for utilizing an IP network or an internet network. <P>SOLUTION: An emergency call station requests a call controller to acquire a network address with a toll number added to an special emergency number, the call controller receives the request to acquire the network address, decides an emergency station corresponding to the informed toll number and the special emergency number, and informs an emergency call station of the network address registered about the emergency station.
