PURPOSE: An ice band having functions of keeping cooling, and cooling is provided to surround a cup with an ice band without transforming the cup, thereby preventing a drink from getting warm. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular band(20) has pockets(21) formed on one side at predetermined gaps for containing a refrigerant. Strings(22) are installed at upper and lower ends of the rectangular band in a length direction, having predetermined elasticity. Combination elements(23) are formed at right and left ends of the rectangular band for combining the right and left ends.
