PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed package house for storing electric apparatus by which the occurrence of troubles such as the occurrence of an accident due to operator's accidental entry into a casing can be surely prevented. SOLUTION: The electric apparatus 2, air conditioning equipment x, and gas emitting extinction equipment y for extinguishing fire by emitting carbon dioxide gas to a wide area, are arranged in a casing 1 in which closed space is secured. A carbon dioxide gas concentration detection means 16 for detecting the concentration of carbon dioxide gas in the casing 1, ventilating equipment z for ventilating the inside of the casing 1, and a control means 20 for starting the ventilating equipment z when a detection value detected by the carbon dioxide gas concentration detection means 16 is a previously set reference value and more and generating a warning are also arranged in the casing 1.
