PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and a communication control method are provided to select a rear wireless device linked with a fixed wireless base station, so that the selected rear wireless device can construct a communication network in connection with plural mobile terminals within a mobile unit, thereby quickly performing conversions between cells even though the cells are separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: A mobile unit(2) includes wireless devices for performing wireless communication with fixed wireless base stations(1-1¯1-N). The base stations(1-1¯1-N) construct each cell, and communicate with the wireless devices of the mobile unit(2). When the mobile unit(2) moves to a cell position by one of the base stations(1-1¯1-N), a link is set between the wireless devices and the base stations(1-1¯1-N). A front wireless device is disposed in a front section of the mobile unit(2), while a rear wireless device is disposed in a rear section of the mobile unit(2), to communicate data with the base stations(1-1¯1-N).
