The device has a faucet block (1) to regulate pressure inside an inflammable liquid gas e.g. butane or propane, cylinder. The block has a safety valve (3) communicating with a gas outlet duct (5) at its one side and having a nozzle (12) to receive a gas evacuation tube, at another side. The valve (3) is opened only if the pressure is greater than a preset pressure, to limit the maximum amount of gas expelled outside.
