PURPOSE: A hanger fixing structure for hanging a handset of a wall hanger-type telephone is provided to couple a curved part of a tension rib with a concave groove of a hanger when the hanger is perfectly mounted on a fixing groove, thereby easily detaching the hanger from the fixing groove with a little power. CONSTITUTION: A support(15) supports a hanger(20) mounted by being installed on a lower side of a fixing groove(10). Guide ribs(11,12) are formed on both sides of the fixing groove(10), and guide the hanger(20). A tension rib(14) is formed on at least one side of the guide ribs(11,12), and comprises a projection(13) protruded more than a hanger contact surface of the guide ribs(11,12). A concave groove(21) is formed on a side of the hanger(20) to be coupled with the projection(13) of the tension rib(14).
