FIELD: chemical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of hydrolysis of methyltrichlorosilane (MTCS) by injection OF MTCS in water with the subsequent extraction and the water flushing. The method provides, that the process is conducted at the temperature of 40-60° C using 2-3 cycles at the following mass ratio of MTCS: water - from 1:8 upto 1:12. At that during each cycle 30-50 mass % from the total amount of MTCS is gradually injected into 30-50 mass % from the total amount of water, stir the mixture and separate the water solution of the formed hydrochloric acid and a product of its hydrolysis. The technical effect is development of a new method of hydrolysis of MTCS, which can be conducted in one and the same reactor for a shorter duration and to save the used amount of water and to have a greater output of hydrolysate of MTCS, which would have the heightened hot alkali dissolubility and easier separation from the reaction mixture. The technical result is development of the method, which is realized in one reactor for the shorter duration with production of a hydrolysate, which has a heightened dissolubility in a hot alkali and is easily separated from the hot alkali. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the developed method may be realized in one reactor for the shorter duration with production of a hydrolysate of a heightened dissolubility in a hot alkali and easily separation from the hot alkali. ^ 2 cl, 6 ex, 2 tbl |
