PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle acoustic device capable of enhancing amusement of sound listened by a driver of a vehicle and transmitting a traveling state or an alarm, etc. to the driver through sound. SOLUTION: A control part 15 changes information on sound volume included in sound data for every channel based on sound volume control information outputted from an I/F11 and outputs the sound data to a DAC 16. The control part 15 has a function as a filter and sets a cut-off frequency of the filter based on cut-off control information outputted from the I/F11. The control part 15 changes information on frequencies in the sound data for every channel by the function as the filter having the set cut-off frequency and outputs the sound data to the DAC 16. The DAC 16 converts the sound data into analog pronunciation signals and outputs the signals to an adder 8. The adder 8 synthesizes the pronunciation signal of each channel and outputs the synthesized signals to a speaker 2. The speaker 2 generates sound based on the synthesized signals.
