PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system for measures for environmental pollutant reduction in which verification by initial planning or continuous feedback is performed quantitatively.

SOLUTION: In an evaluation system 1 for measures for environmental pollutant reduction, a management department 2 and enterprise (user) terminals 11 and 12 are connected by a network 13. An information division 3 of the management department 2 is provided with an evaluation information server 4 connected to the network 13. The evaluation information server 4 is provided with a measure technology file 5 for environmental pollutant reduction and a trend data file 6 for a market trend or the like. An evaluation division 7 is provided with an evaluation service server 8 connected to the network 13. The evaluation service server 8 is provided with an enterprise data file 9 and a plan evaluation file 10.
