PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, quickly, and exactly peel an annular adhesive film stuck on a lengthy release sheet from the release sheet and to supply the film to film sticking jig. SOLUTION: The releaser sheet 20 is made to travel on a table 12, and the course of the sheet 20 is folded rectangularly by a downstream side peeling part 12p. An opening 12h into which the positioning shaft member 34 of the film sticking jig 30 is inserted is formed in the middle of the table 12. A guide channel 12g ranging from the opening 12h to the peeling part 12p in the transfer direction A of the release sheet 20 is formed. A region corresponding to the hole of the adhesive film 21 of the release sheet 20 is bored, and the positioning shaft member 34 is inserted into the hole and the opening 12h when the hole comes onto the opening 12h. Adhesive members 35a-35h are pressed/stuck on the adhesive film 21. The film sticking jig 30 is transferred along the guide channel 12g in accordance with the travel of the release sheet 20, and the positioning shaft member 34 is extracted from the back side to the surface side of the release sheet 20 through the hole of the release sheet 20.
