The present invention relates to an air curtain system for a food garbage disposer which prevents foul smell in a treatment tank accommodated in a main body from being discharged from an opening of the treatment tank to the outside when a lid mounted over the main body is opened. The air curtain system comprises an air circulation passage that is formed along an outer circumference of the treatment tank and communicates with the opening of the treatment tank by means of an air inlet formed at an end thereof, and a blowing fan that sucks air, which contains external air introduced from the outside of the main body, through the air circulation passage and causes the sucked air to circulate near the opening of the treatment tank when the lid is opened. Accordingly, a single blowing fan can cause the air in the treatment tank and the external air, which is sucked when the lid is opened, to be circulated and the circulated air to be used for preventing the foul smell from being discharged from the opening of the treatment tank to the outside. |
