<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for enabling another department to confirm coping to model abolition, a specification change, or any trouble of a using component in a department constituting an organization. <P>SOLUTION: When model abolition of the component, a specification change or any trouble of the same are clarified, a department constituting a whole-company management department 103 or a department constituting a business establishment 104 registers information relevant to it into a component model-abolition/trouble information system 101. The information system 101 makes information related to a coping situation of a related department to have to cope with the information, and the clarification of the model abolition, the specification change or the trouble of the component shared, and provides the shared information.
