<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly evaluate a pipeline having influence on a pipe network, in the pipe network constituted of the network relationship between the optional number of water sources, pipeline and demand points of water. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe network is constituted of the network relationship between the optional number of water sources, the demand points of water and the pipwork.
