PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the adjustment of PH of non-alkaline grout. SOLUTION: With a mixed liquid of water glass and a neutralizing buffer being powder nonreactive to this water glass and presenting neutral or weak alkalinity in water as an A liquid, and an acid reaction agent as a B liquid, both these liquids A and B are injected into the ground, and gelled in a non-alkaline area in the ground.
