PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus which makes it possible to reduce costs without using an expensive filter circuit having complicated structure and sharply improve the degree of freedom of design of the frequency characteristics of sound wave radiation. SOLUTION: A duct 19 is formed on a front plate part 18 located on the front surface of an enclosure 16, and a lower plate part 21 consisting of a first face (horizontal plate part 21a) and a second face (inclined plate part 21b) formed at an angle different from the first face is formed on the lower face of the enclosure 16. The horizontal plate part 21a is arranged so as to intersect with the front plate part 18 at right angles, and a speaker unit 22 is fixed on the center thereof. The inclined plate part 21b is constituted so as to form an inclination angleθfrom the plate surface of the horizontal plate part 21a, and a speaker unit 23 is fixed on the center thereof. The four corners of the lower plate part 21 of the enclosure 16 are fixed in a state floating from a bottom plate 17 through first pillar parts 20a and second pillar parts 20b, and a gap in the floated part serves as a sound radiating aperture.
