PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of dust entering a liquid chamber in a filter unit, a secondary liquid chamber through which a liquid passing through a filter is supplied to a liquid supplied section at the time when the filter unit storing the filter by the supersonic deposition of a primary housing is performed, and a secondary housing. SOLUTION: A housing 17 is formed by the supersonic deposition of a primary housing 5 and a secondary housing 6, during the supersonic welding. A primary butting portion 8 is made to butt against one face of the filter 7 stored in the housing 17 and a secondary butting portion 9 is made to butt against the other face of the filter 7 during the supersonic welding, and the melting point of the secondary butting portion 9 is made higher than the melting point of the primary housing 5, the secondary housing 6 and the primary butting portion 8. By performing the supersonic welding work under conditions under which the primary housing 5 and the secondary housing 6 are supersonically welded but the secondary butting portion 9 is not melted, the occurrence of dust getting into the secondary liquid chamber 19 can be prevented during the supersonic welding.
