PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electricity storage device suitable for efficiently replacing the on-vehicle electricity storage device mounted on a vehicle, and a electricity storage device replacing stand capable of efficiently replacing the on-vehicle electricity storage device. SOLUTION: The electricity storage device replacing stand replaces a used on-vehicle electricity storage device 10a with less residual power which is mounted on and used for a vehicle 100 running with the power as a power source with a charged on-vehicle electricity storage device 10b. Since the on-vehicle electricity storage device having a memory to record information on the service condition is replaced, every processing regarding the replacement can be rapidly performed.
