PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential assembly capable of evenly placing pairs of pinion gears around a differential casing provided with an access window. SOLUTION: Pairs of first-fourth pinion holes are formed on an inner part of the differential casing 40. The pairs 100, 102, 104, 106 of the first-fourth pinion gears are slidably and rotatably mounted inside of the pairs of first-fourth pinion holes. The access window 124 is formed between the pairs of first and fourth pinion gears of the differential casing 40. The pair of second pinion holes are positioned at equal radial distances from the pairs of first and third pinion holes.
