<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball machine which properly prevents variation display for information of a lottery result from forcible termination. <P>SOLUTION: A variable display device 34 varies and displays a special pattern and thereafter stops and displays. A main controller 13 carries out the lottery about whether a big win game state is to be generated according to the passage of a game ball to a specific prize-winning port in a game area, and displays the special pattern about the result of the lottery on the display device 34. When a skip input part 60 is input-operated from a player, a skip execution instruction signal is transmitted to a pattern controller 14a through a skip prohibition switch 63, and the pattern controller 14a make the varying and displaying of the special pattern skipped and soon makes stopping and displaying carried out.
