<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a sensor chip to sense a liquid level to a liquid cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid cartridge has a through hole formed in a vessel having a liquid storage section, a sensor chip, partially attached to the through hole to ensure contact with a liquid, having a vibrating body to detect the quantity of a liquid in the vessel by vibration, a conductor section electrically conductively connected with the sensor chip, an attached lid having an approximately flat plate shape to be attached to the vessel for covering the sensor chip attached to the through hole and part of the conductor section, and an urging section arranged between the sensor chip and the attached lid to urge the sensor chip to the vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
