放电灯之制造方法
摘要
本发明提出一种放电灯之制造方法,其包括下列步骤:设置一放电瓶;由粉状基础材料、当作黏结剂及溶剂的聚碳酸伸烷酯之成分制作功能性层用的糊状物;且藉由至少在放电瓶的部分瓶壁上敷涂该糊状物以形成该功能性层。基础材料的型式系取决于功能性层的型式,诸如磷光体层、反射层或焊接用玻璃层。使用聚碳酸伸烷酯当作黏结剂允许以较低的黏结剂移除温度在不遗留任何残留物下移除黏结剂,且因此允许制造出有效率的放电灯。
