Evaluation method of cost effectiveness to apply cold thermal storage system to industry based on measured data

A method for evaluating cost effectiveness and determining an investment payback period of an industrial cold thermal storage system based on measured data is provided to suggest the payback period of the investment owing to an operation charge by calculating an operation expense applying a light/medium/maximum load charge based on operation parameter measurement data of the cold thermal storage system. A relative load index of a refrigerator is calculated based on an annually measured industrial refrigerator parameter(100). The operation expense is compared/calculated depending on each contract sort and an application mode of a cold thermal storage system(200). A difference is calculated by considering an initial installation investment, a governmental supporting fund, and a present equipment investment(300). The payback period of the investment is drawn out by considering factors(600). The cost effectiveness is determined for each business category/company based on the payback period of the investment(700).
