PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the price of a telephone body of a video phone, compatible mobile telephone and a call charge therefor are high and spreading is delayed, even though it is an effective communication means capable of communicating with each other. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a charging system for a contractor to pay the price of two video phone compatible mobile telephone (mobile video phone) bodies and a call charge for a call between the two mobile video phones through a computer system of a mobile video phone company with the contract of utilization of a pair of the two mobile video phone bodies. In this charging system, utilization by a contractor, who can afford to pay for the price comparatively, is increased, and expansion of use of the mobile video phone is promoted.
