PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor illuminating lamp for a vehicle constituting a circuit of the indoor illuminating lamp by a wire harness with a small number of cores without lowering the function of the illuminating lamp, facilitating a wiring work and reducing cost and weight. SOLUTION: This illuminating lamp 100 is provided with a ground member 19 having one end formed with a first bulb connecting part 19a electrically connected to one electrode of a bulb 17 and the other end formed with a body connecting part 19b, a mode changeover switch 21 having a power source terminal BT, a courtesy terminal CT and a second bulb connecting part 25 electrically conducting to the other electrode of the bulb 17, and the wire harness 15 having a courtesy wire C electrically conducting to the second bulb connecting part 25 according to switching of a battery wire B electrically conducting to the power source and the mode changeover switch 21.
