PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble and disassemble a side plate of a form, in a form assembly for manufacturing a concrete block. SOLUTION: In this concrete form assembling/disassembly device, a rod is attached in parallel with the side face of a bottom plate, part of the cross-section of the rod is machined, and the connection section of the side plate to be fitted to the rod is formed into the same shape to be rotatively fitted with the rod and the rod and the side plate are fitted with each other only when the shapes are aligned.
