PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure that can favorably cool a control unit that drive-controls a motor, in an electric vehicle equipped with the vehicle driving motor. SOLUTION: This control unit cooling structure of the electric vehicle comprises the motor 31 that feeds power to a rear wheel 32 for driving, a motor driver 64 that performs the drive control of the motor 31, and a cooling plate 65 that makes the cooling water lubricate into the motor driver 64 for cooling it.
