<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for reducing a load when performing an in-house implementation result investigation based on self-assessment of an inventor and replying to inquiry and for enhancing reliability to a investigation reply. <P>SOLUTION: A investigator's PC 106 checks whether or not there is design change after the previous investigation in a design data base 240 about a product concerning a patent. When there is the design change, PC 109 of a person in charge of intellectual property accepts input of judgment about whether or not the product belongs to the technical range of patent claims, calculates a change in a degree of contribution when the product belongs, when the product does not belong to the technical range, the degree of contribution is set to zero and when there is the change in the degree of contribution, performs change processing about the degree of contribution and a coefficient of the concerned part of an in-house implementation result investigation result data base 114. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
