A recycling apparatus of food garbage is provided to recycle the food garbage into compost, feedstuff and fuel by removing salt contained in food garbage, and easily commercialize the apparatus by constructing the apparatus such that components of the apparatus are easily replaceable or compatible considering the entire conventional process. In a recycling apparatus of food garbage comprising transfer equipment(20) having a food garbage hopper(110) formed thereon, electrolysis equipment(10), dewatering equipment(30), a discharge port, and a drainage-B(34), the recycling apparatus of food garbage is characterized in that the electrolysis equipment includes: a negative electrode(12) which is formed in a circular pipe shape, and which has drainholes formed in a surface thereof to discharge a portion of harmful substances generated during an electrolysis operation; an electrolysis cover(13) for surrounding an outer part of the negative electrode; connecting flanges-A which close and fix both ends of the negative electrode and the electrolysis cover, and in which a circular hole is formed to flow food garbage supplied from the transfer equipment into the negative electrode; a drainage-A which is formed in a lower end of the electrolysis cover to discharge the harmful substances discharged from the drainholes of the negative electrode; and a temperature sensor(16) formed on an outer part of the negative electrode to monitor continuously an internal temperature of the electrolysis equipment during the electrolysis operation. |
