摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a storage battery parameter estimation device with which it is possible to estimate an offset error and a capacity error with high accuracy even when a finite error is included in the current offset value of a previously measured current value or the rated FCC of a storage battery.SOLUTION: The storage battery parameter estimation device comprises: a current measurement unit for measuring a current flowing in a storage battery that includes an offset error; a first coefficient calculation unit for calculating a first coefficient, of an SoC estimate value, which relates to the offset error of the measured current value; a second coefficient calculation unit for calculating a second coefficient, of an SoC estimate value, which relates to a capacity error between the rated FCC of the storage battery that is previously measured and an actual FCC while the storage battery is in use; and further an error estimation unit for estimating the offset error of the measured current value and the capacity error of the FCC from coefficient information that includes the first coefficient and second coefficient, the current flowing in the storage battery, and the SoC estimate value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
