FIELD: physics; computer engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse engineering and can be used in different low-current switching devices where there is need for galvanic isolation of control circuits from output buses, for example in telemetry. The technical result is achieved due to that, the secondary winding of the transformer is made with a centre terminal which is connected to the common power bus of the digital MIS chip with an open drain output, outermost leads of the secondary transformer winding are connected through diodes in the positive polarity to the positive power bus of the digital MIS chip with an open drain output. The beginning of the secondary winding of the transformer is connected through a diode in the positive polarity to the control input of the digital MIS chip with an open drain output. There is a capacity and a resistor which are connected in parallel and connected between the input and the common power bus of the digital MIS chip with an open drain output. There is an additional capacitor which is connected between power buses of the digital MIS chip with an open drain output. ^ EFFECT: reduced size and mass of the switching device. ^ 1 dwg |
