PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit which can perform pulse drive or on/off drive accurately and stably at a high slew rate, using a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: As main components, a drive circuit 10 includes an error amplifier 20, an amplification transistor 22, an output transistor 24, a phase compensation capacitor 26, a first and a second switch 28, 30 and a passive element circuit 32. The error amplifier 20, the amplification transistor 22 and the output transistor 24 constitute a constant current circuit 38 together with a reference voltage source 34 and a monitor resistor 36. The passive element circuit 32 and the second switch 30 are provided to improve a rise-up speed of a drive current DI of the drive circuit 10 or the slew rate, without influencing phase compensation by the phase compensation capacitor 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
