The knife device (60) has a rotating knife (66) that, at a position that is in the vicinity of the chuck device (52), cuts the continuous body (CR) that is gripped by the chuck device (52). When the continuous body (CR) is traveling at a constant speed, the chuck device (52) and the knife device (60) form a single cutting unit (70) and move together with the continuous body (CR). |
