According to the present invention, an accuracy estimating unit 91 uses an accuracy estimating model to estimate the accuracy of a predictive model, the accuracy estimating model having been trained using, as explanatory variables, any or all of a training period for the predictive model, of parameters used in the training of the predictive model, and of one or more contexts, which indicate feature values that represent operation conditions at each first point of interest for the predictive model, the first points of interest being points in time in the past that are of interest to the predictive model, and using, as a target variable, an accuracy index for a period of time that is after the first points of interest.
