The invention relates to a protection system made from a multiform, non-stick laminar PTFE material with a glass fibre core, intended for components of cooking equipment and kitchen utensils for heating and cooking food, in which the multiform laminar material, intended mainly for use in cooking, is versatile, resistant to high and low temperatures and prevents food from sticking to the surface of the non-stick material placed on the components of cooking equipment and kitchen utensils or any other moulding utensil or device or container used during the cooking and heating of food or food substances. As a result of all of these functions, the time and work involved in cleaning equipment is minimised, dispensing with the need for noxious substances used for this purpose, with food free of fats being produced during preparation and consumption in a healthy environment. |
