The present invention provides an X-ray three-dimensional measurement device and method that make it possible to achieve image reconstruction with higher accuracy. The X-ray three-dimensional measurement device (10) includes an image acquisition means (100) that acquires an X-ray CT image of an object to be measured on a three-dimensional coordinate axis. The device also includes an actual measurement means (200) that actually measures the three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured on the three-dimensional coordinate axis. Furthermore, the device includes an image correction means (300) that corrects the X-ray CT image such that a sinogram of the X-ray CT image of the object to be measured, which has been acquired by the image acquisition means (100), converges to a sinogram of the three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured which has been actually measured by the actual measurement means (200). |
