The present technique relates to an image sensor, a processing method and an electronic device with which it is possible to suppress degradation of the image quality of images captured by the image sensor. The image sensor comprises: a pixel array unit in which a plurality of pixels for performing photoelectric conversions and for outputting pixel signals are arranged; and a storage unit for storing the pixel signals outputted from the pixel array unit. The image sensor writes and reads dummy data to and from the storage unit during non-access intervals that are intervals other than the intervals during which the storage unit is accessed for the writing and reading of the pixel signals. The present technique can be applied to, for example, an image sensor or the like that captures images. |
