PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying mechanism capable of corresponding to continuous paper with thin thickness or continuous paper on which engagement holes are not bored at correct positions, and having a simple structure.SOLUTION: A carrying mechanism successively engaging engagement pins with engagement holes to carry continuous paper, is equipped with a frame which forms a carrying passage surface in which the continuous paper is slid and carried; an endless belt laid between pulleys and provided with the engagement pins on an outer peripheral surface; and a cover which holds the continuous paper between the carrying passage surface and the cover. The carrying mechanism is disposed so as to incline at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt opposite to the cover to the carrying passage surface, and an interval between the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt and the carrying passage surface on an upstream side in a carrying direction of the continuous paper is larger than an interval between the outer peripheral surface of the endless belt and the carrying passage surface on a downstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
