The invention relates to an individual element that can be coupled to sheets of paper to facilitate the binding thereof, said element being characterised in that it is formed by a strip of thin ductile material which permits the element to be coupled and secured on the left-hand side of a page or sheet of paper (5), and the length of which is of the length and width of the sheet of paper (5) to be bound, said page (5) remaining adhered to the right-hand side of the individual element (1) in a non-permanent manner, and said individual element (1) being of a sufficient determined width to admit a perforation (4), and being joined as a single body to the right-hand part of the strip that is impregnated with an adhesive (3), which adhesive remains covered by a thin layer or film (2) that can be disposed of when coupling and adhering the page (5) to the adhesive right-hand part (3) of the individual element (1), thereby forming a single body comprising the sheet (5) and the individual element (1). |
