The present invention relates to a nonpowered dissolved oxygen amplifying device comprising: a water receiving chamber to which a water introduction box and a water release box are vertically coupled while being separated from each other; a primary descending pipe disposed by vertically penetrating the water introduction box and the water release box; a primary ascending pipe in which released water descending through the primary descending pipe ascends; a secondary descending pipe sending down the water ascending through the primary ascending pipe again; and a secondary ascending pipe guiding the water to flow toward the water release box after the water descending through the secondary descending pipe ascends.
