1425360 Fastening apparatus KIENZLE APPARATE GmbH 13 Nov 1973 [15 Nov 1972] 52563/73 Heading E2B [Also in Division G1] A fastening apparatus for holding diagram discs in tachographs in which recordings are made simultaneously on the diagram discs, the apparatus comprising a centering and drive mechanism 7 for the discs, a fastening lever 8 which is pivotally mounted at 25 on the centering and drive mechanism for holding a diagram disc 6, and a fastening lever 9 which is pivotally mounted at 26 on the centering and drive mechanism for holding a diagram disc 6a. The levers 8, 9 are mounted independently of each other, the lever 8 serving as a support for the lever 9 and for the disc 6a. Fastening of the discs is effected when a lid I of the tachograph, which is hinged at 2 to a housing 3, is moved to a closed position. The lever 9, having a surface 37, urges the disc 6a against a surface 40 of the lever 8 and the latter presses against the disc 6. Thus the disc 6a is fastened to a carrier 11, which is pivoted at 10 to the lid 1, and the disc 6 is fastened to a support 5 which is carried by the lid. The carrier 11 and the support 5 are driven by a clockwork mechanism (not shown), through the drive mechanism 7. The carrier 11 co-operates with recording means 12, 13, 14, Fig. 1, which record speed, distance and time, has a rim 15 which receives the lid 1, has a cut-out 17 which receives the support 5, mechanism 7 and levers 8, 9, and carries a recording device 18, the latter being coupled to measuring means by a lever 19 on the housing 3. Unfastening of the discs is effected, when the lid I has been opened, by pivoting the levers 8, 9 away from the discs, knobs 38, 39 respectively being provided on the levers to facilitate this operation. |
