<p>PURPOSE:To improve pedal feeling, constructing a valve body to press with an input has been passed. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 9 is installed to the diaphragm 4 to connect the front chamber 5 in the proper body 1 to the rear chamber 6, an input shaft composed of a rod 8 and a plunger 10 is fitted to slide freely through the 0 ring 23 in the valve body 9. Through that, after the full load point has been passed, the valve body 9 is pressed by the input shaft, the diaphragm 4 is changed to operate an output shaft 20a without toggle operation. Consequently amount of stroke of the input shaft is determined accurately only in relation to installation of the input shaft and the valve body 9, pedal feeling is improved without excessive play of the input shaft is prevented by 0 ring 23.</p> |
