<p>The invention relates to a solar energy panel comprising a glazing, an absorbent layer and a heat-exchanging fluid circulating in the channels. It is characterised in that in a main element between the glazing (1) and a non-deteriorating absorbent layer (2) in contact with the heat-exchanging fluid there are arranged channels (3) and in that appropriate end elements (6) are fitted to the ends of the main element where the channels (3) open.
