PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an ultrasonic apparatus capable of shortening the processing time for determination of peeling.SOLUTION: A control device for an ultrasonic apparatus comprises: a reference value setting part 88 which sets a reference value on the basis of the reflectance of an ultrasonic wave reflected from an interface with the air or the reflectance of an ultrasonic wave reflected from an interface with a measurement object; a reference period setting part 89 which sets a reference period terminating at the time earlier than the time of receiving the ultrasonic wave emitted from an ultrasonic transducer element 33 and reflected from the measurement object; and a peeling detection part 91 which detects peeling of the ultrasonic transducer element 33 by comparing a reception signal output from the ultrasonic transducer element 33 in the reference period with the reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
