Disclosed are eco-friendly UV curable transparent flooring materials for construction and housing, which can shorten curable time and restrict VOC occurrence. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly UV curable transparent flooring materials for construction and housing comprise: 90-97 wt% of a multifunctional acrylate oligomer; 1-10 wt% of a photoinitiator; and an amount equal to or less than 4 wt% of additives, and further, does not intentionally comprise a monomer.
