The casing of the regulator contains a cylinder having two sections of different diameters. A piston with sections of corresponding diameters is pressed down in the cylinder by a spring. The piston has a cylindrical recess in which an auxiliary piston is pressed up by a spring. The upper part of the cylinder above both pistons is connected to the compressor discharge. The compressor relief valve discharge is connected into the bottom of the cylinder below the main piston. The auxiliary piston is connected to a rod which moves the engine throttle lever. The compressor air pressure moves the pistons to regulate the engine.
