<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the blocking of dust exhaust port and also the adhesion of dust to the inner wall due to the wetness of collected dust as well as lower the temperature of gas to be exhausted to a predetermined temperature by atomizing water into the combustion exhaust gas before entering into electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of the body 1 is provided with the outer hopper 6 and the inner hopper 4 concentrically and also the side of the hopper 4 is provided with the gas inlet duct 2. The upper part of the hopper 6 is provided with the guide blade 5, the openig of the hopper 4 is provided with the dust carrier 8 on its lower part, the upper part of the hopper 6 is provided with the spray nozzle 7, and the upper part of the body 1 is also provided with the gas exhaust duct 3. The dust collected in the hopper 6, which is of high temperatures, forms a kind of dust film throughout the whole area of the hopper 6. The atomized water from the nozzle 7 vaporizes to lower the temperature of gas and at the same time is adhered to dust to moisten it, preventing the blocking of exhaust port even if the moist dust falls to the hopper 6.</p> |
