<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability and water-proof property and to prevent the characteristics from being deteriorated for a long time by making a humidity-sensitive film, which is to be sandwitched between opposite electrodes, of an organic high molecular and semiconductor powders or insulating powders. CONSTITUTION:An insulating substrate 1 is covered with opposite electrodes 2 and 3, which are formed to intersect in a comb shape, to form a humidity-sensitive film 4. This film 4 is made of an organic high molecule such as an epoxy resin, polyvinyl alcohol or a silicone resin, and semiconductor powders such as CrO2, NiO, Fe2O3, ZnO or a semiconductor of barium titanate or insulated powders such as TiO2, ZrO2 or Al2O3 and is prepared by the applying and printing processes. According to that structure, the film thickness can be controlled by the means of the applying and printing processes so that a product having any characteristics can be made at a low cost.</p> |
