PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element supply method that makes it possible to perform an inspection just before a piezoelectric element is assembled.SOLUTION: With a piezoelectric element supply method, C-V characteristics of the electrical property of a standby piezoelectric element 3 with the tip of a probe 7 being made to come into contact with one electrode surface 3a is made to be measurable when an adsorption section 5 is made to adsorb the standby piezoelectric element 3 or just before adsorption. True-false determination for a reversed arrangement state of front and back of an anode and a cathode of the pair of piezoelectric elements connected in parallel is performed before incorporation by the C-V characteristics. The adsorption section 5 that is subjected to the C-V characteristics measurement and adsorbed the piezoelectric element is moved to an attachment section. The piezoelectric element determined to be true based on the true-false determination is transferred to the attachment section and incorporated therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
